Mickey (Mickey Rooney) and his pal Freddy (Joey Forman) embark on an out-of-this-world adventure! Determined to explore outer space, the two friends decide to build and launch a homemade rocket ship with hopes of landing on the moon. After several failed attempts, their rocket finally blasts off. But when they land, they expect to meet moon men — instead, they find a cow. This comical attempt to build a rocket to the moon makes “Moon Or Bust” a fan-favorite episode of The Mickey Rooney Show.
