Stefanie Powers (born November 2, 1942) is a sophisticated and adventurous American actress, an international star best known for her iconic role as the globetrotting amateur detective Jennifer Hart in the classic 1980s mystery series, Hart to Hart.

Powers became a household name in the 1960s, starring as the stylish secret agent April Dancer in the spy-fi series The Girl from U.N.C.L.E. (1966-1967). She also had a memorable film career, appearing as John Wayne’s spirited daughter in the Western comedy McLintock! (1963) and in the Disney hit Herbie Rides Again (1974).

Her greatest success came opposite Robert Wagner in Hart to Hart (1979-1984), a role that earned her multiple Emmy and Golden Globe nominations. A passionate and dedicated advocate for wildlife conservation, Powers co-founded the William Holden Wildlife Foundation in honor of her longtime partner, the legendary actor William Holden, and has devoted much of her life to protecting animals, a commitment that mirrors the adventurous spirit she so often portrayed on screen.
