Bill Bradley (January 1, 1916 – July 4, 1997) was an American character actor whose career spanned several decades, with a number of roles in classic science-fiction and adventure films.
Bradley was a familiar face in the B-movie genre films of the 1950s. He is known to sci-fi fans for his roles in the Cold War-era thriller The Lost Missile (1958) and the horror film The Alligator People (1959).
He continued to work in supporting roles in major motion pictures for years. His most memorable later appearances include playing a pawnbroker in the classic time-travel adventure Time After Time (1979) and an uncredited part as the character “Bill” in the beloved 1980s family adventure, The Goonies (1985).
