Candy Moore (born August 26, 1947) is an American actress who became a familiar face to 1960s television audiences as Chris Carmichael, the on-screen teenage daughter of comedy legend Lucille Ball in the classic sitcom, The Lucy Show.

Prior to her role as Lucy’s daughter, Moore was already known to television audiences for several guest appearances on the iconic sitcom’s such as Leave It to Beaver, The Donna Reed Show, and My Three Sons. From 1962 to 1965, she was a regular on The Lucy Show, playing the typical American teenager dealing with high school, dating, and her mother’s hilarious antics.

Along with the other child actors, Candy Moore was written out of The Lucy Show in 1965 when the series was retooled to focus on Lucy’s new life in California. Her prominent roles on some of the era’s most popular sitcoms have cemented her legacy as a classic television teen actress of the mid-1960s.
